Office Clearance Company was established in 1988 to provide a quality alternative to having to buy new furniture to fit out your home or work office.
We source our second hand office furniture from companies who are relocating or refurbishing and we pride ourselves on the quality and quantity of stock we hold. Our large showroom and warehouse is easily located in Penrose and is handy to the Southern motorway exits at Ellerslie/Penrose. Office Clearance Company has been operated by the same owner, David Palmer, since 1992 and there is over 30 years experience in the furniture business between David and his sales team.
